Sustainability documents for coating decisions

Axalta's sustainability page is structured as a report download center because coating customers need practical documents more than slogans. Buyers, EHS teams and sustainability managers can review climate notes, methodology references and product stewardship materials from a clear place.

How sustainability claims should be read

Responsible coating communication requires careful boundaries. A lower-VOC product can help a customer meet one objective, while a longer-lasting protective system may support a different objective by extending maintenance intervals. Powder conversion can reduce overspray waste in some applications, but it still depends on pretreatment, cure energy, part geometry and reclaim practice. For that reason, Axalta presents sustainability information as decision support rather than universal claims. Customers should review product-specific SDS and TDS documents, local regulations, the coating process actually used and any customer-specific reporting method before making a final procurement or compliance statement.

The report center is also designed to help internal teams work together. Procurement can locate product stewardship notes, EHS can confirm which documents must be reviewed before trial use, and operations can understand which process variables affect the environmental value of a coating choice. This keeps sustainability discussion connected to real application decisions instead of leaving customers with broad statements that are hard to verify.
